Helios Spa Hotel, Golden Sands

I had a frustrating experience at this hotel. While the location was excellent and the pools were nice, the cleanliness and service were far from satisfactory. The lack of room cleaning during my stay and the unprofessional behavior of some staff members really put a damper on my vacation. I don’t think I would return here despite the lovely view and spacious pool area.
